Alcohol: about 13.5%

Grapes: A blend of three "French" varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec

Region: Stefan Vode - one of the warmest and most prestigious terroirs in Moldova.

Aging: in oak barrels for about 11-12 months, using French oak, which strengthens the structure and adds complex aromas

Color: intense ruby, with purple highlights when young and more garnet hues as it ages

Aroma: deep and multi-layered: black currant, ripe cherry, black plum, blackberry, to which are added notes of tea, spices, black pepper, vanilla, chocolate and delicate oak; sometimes described slight nuances of leather and smoked shades

Taste: full-bodied, well-balanced, with velvety, ripe tannins and pronounced, but not aggressive acidity, which gives the wine freshness. The flavor profile repeats dark berries and plums, there are touches of dried fruits, chocolate, spices, light smokiness; the aftertaste is long, with shades of oak and black tea

Serving: 16–18°C; the wine benefits from decanting for 30-60 minutes to reveal aromatic complexity and soften tannins

Food pairing: lamb steaks, veal, roasts, rich game dishes, aged cheeses and delicatessen meats
