In our store you have a choice of almost a thousand of well-known Eastern-European and Baltic foods and drinks. Some products have a crossed-out PostNL logo in the upper right corner. Thus, we marked the goods that require the delivery of a refrigerator or even a freezer, or their delivery by mail is impractical for other reasons. The minimum order is 20 euros (excluding VAT).

We have several delivery areas:

Region 1: The Hague districts closest to Scheveningen (postcodes starting with 25), Scheveningen, Rijswijk, Wateringen, Voorburg. Orders in this zone up to 40 euros (excluding VAT) are delivered for 4.99 euros. Orders over 40 euros (excluding VAT) are delivered free of charge. We deliver all food and drinks here.

Region 2:

- Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 10 am - to Katwijk, Wassenaar, Voorschoten, Oegstgeest, Leiden en Noordwijk. Orders over 120 euros (excluding VAT) are delivered free of charge.

Region 4:

- outlying areas of The Hague (postcodes starting with 24) and Delft. Orders in this zone from 40 to 80 euros (excluding VAT) are delivered for 4.99 euros. Orders over € 80 (excluding VAT) are delivered free of charge. 

We deliver all food and drinks to the Regions 1, 2 and 4.

Products without the crossed-out PostNL logo and not requiring refrigeration during transportation - +4 gr. - we ship to all EU countries by post. Delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium of products that require refrigeration, with the sign "+4gr." possible and only takes a couple of days. When sending products with the "+4gr." we add a thermal pack worth 4.9 euros. The cost of postage to the Netherlands and Belgium is:

• 9.99 euros for orders up to 40 euros (without VAT)
• 4.99 euros for orders up to 80 euros (without VAT)
• Orders above 80 euros are delivered free of charge

The cost of sending your order to us depends on its weight. Therefore, for every excess weight that is a multiple of 10 kg, we must add when sending to the Netherlands and Belgium 9.99 euros. For example, delivery of an order weighing 11 kg  to these two countries will be 9.99 euros more expensive, delivery of an order weighing 21 kg will be more expensive by 19.98 euros and so on. 

Important: We cannot control or be responsible for the work of PostNL or DHL employees. The day of delivery of the goods and the time of delivery depends solely on the employees of PostNL or DHL and may vary up to 3 days. Our task and responsibility is to send your order in proper packaging by mail. By placing an order with postal delivery, you accept these conditions.

In addition, of course, we are waiting for you in the shop at Westduinweg 124-A, 2583AC in The Hague. The shop is open from Tuesday to Friday and also on Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm. Saturday and Monday are days off.
