Georgian white dry wine Qvevri OTIA Rkatsiteli

This natural wine is made in Qvevri for 6 months from the Rkatsiteli grape variety, which is harvested in the Kakheti region. Served with beef steak, barbecue, fried mushrooms and cheeses.

• Bio viticulture (no chemical/synthetic pesticides or herbicides)
• No cultured or any type of yeast
• No additives: sugar, flavors, tartaric acids or other chemicals.
• Unfiltered (may contain natural sediments)
• Fermented and aged in Qvevri for up to 18 months.
• With no sulfides added before and during fermentation, sulfides are only used for bottling, with a total sulfide content of 40 mg/l.
