The sparkling wine has a rare beauty salmon shade with a coral sheen, persistent mousse and elegant pearl. The fresh aroma is dominated by notes of wild and garden berries (red currant, strawberry) and red oranges. The taste is full-bodied, refreshing and invigorating, with a predominance of citrus and currant tones in the first wave, a noble mineral continuation and a long aromatic aftertaste.

Classic pink brut is universal for gastronomic combinations - from cold appetizers to desserts with fresh red berries. We recommend trying pink brut with magre duck breast, red caviar, salmon or tuna tartare, carpaccio or cold roast beef, veal with white sauce, parmesan cheese and fresh arugula.
