Gurashvili Tibaani is a Georgian white dry wine made from the eponymous autochthonous grape variety Rkatsiteli, one of the most famous and widespread in Georgia and the post-Soviet space. The family follows a biodynamic approach, harvesting grapes by hand and interfering minimally in the process to preserve the natural flavours and characteristics of the terroir.
