The ancient Kakhetian technology is used for production: fermentation and aging take place in qvevri - large clay vessels buried in the ground. The berries, along with the skin and pulp, are macerated for two months, which gives the wine a rich color, structure and pronounced tannins. After maceration in qvevri, the wine is aged for about 3 months in steel tanks and the same amount in oak barrels, bottling is carried out without filtration
