Cold smoked sturgeon fillet is a delicacy made only from large sturgeon fish. The so-called "royal fish" is prepared at our company according to an old Russian recipe: first, the sturgeon is cut by hand, and then carefully smoked over alder smoke. This processing preserves all the natural elements in the final product. Sturgeon balyk has a delicate but dense consistency, a pleasant spicy taste and aroma, and is an exquisite snack as a sandwich or cold appetizer.
