Ukrainian kvass Obolon "Starokievsky live fermentation", 2l

“Starokievsky” is a malt kvass produced using live fermentation technology from sprouted grains of barley and rye, without artificial flavors and preservatives. The well-expressed tonic properties of the product and the rich content of nutrients fully meet the needs of the body. Kvass is a natural drink with high energy value; it can quench thirst and have a positive effect on digestion. The beneficial properties of kvass are due to the content of B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, trace elements and amino acids.

“Starokievsky” is the embodiment of the traditions of preparing real bread kvass of live fermentation. During the preliminary research, dozens of ancient kvass recipes were recreated. As a result of the experiment, the one that had the best taste and quenched thirst was chosen. Just like a thousand years ago, the basis of Starokievsky kvass is malt. It is created at the Obolon Corporation’s own enterprise from selected Ukrainian grain.
