Roshen "Korovka" toffees with a soft milky fondant filling, 200g

According to a widely held theory, the candy was invented in Poland in the 1920s. Entrepreneur Feliks Pomorski established the production of toffee with a liquid milky center in Poznań.

The wrapper featured an image of a Dutch or Holstein cow, hence the name "Korovka" (Polish: *Krówka*). Legend has it that Pomorski learned the recipe as a child from an uncle living in Zhytomyr (Ukraine), who made homemade milk candies using milk, butter, and sugar. After World War II, the production of "Korovka" spread to other socialist countries, including the USSR, where it became one of the most famous milk candies.

Ingredients: sugar, skimmed milk, dried whey, vegetable/confectionery fat, lactose, starch syrup, butter, vanillin flavoring (nature-identical), invertase stabilizer.
