Adjika "Abkhazian" is a bright seasoning from the brightest and warmest region in Georgia - Abkhazia. The composition of this seasoning is truly unique: in addition to the basic notes of tomato paste, it has accords of sweet pepper, coriander, parsnip, basil and thyme. The harmonious combination of spices allows the taste to open up gradually, filling the dish with new original notes. It goes best with meat dishes, especially with young lamb or chicken.
