Borjomi mineral water is a natural sodium hydrocarbonate mineral water with a mineralization of 5-7.5 g/l, extracted in Georgia, in the Borjomi Valley, on the territory of the Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park. The water is known for its rich mineral composition, which has not changed since 1830, when laboratory observations began. It is considered to be water of magmatic origin, rising from a depth of about 8-10 km due to carbon dioxide and saturated with minerals of the Caucasus mountains. The water comes to the surface warm (38-41 °C), which distinguishes it from many other mineral waters.

The composition of the water includes about 60 different minerals, and the high sodium content makes it especially useful for the body. It is used both for the prevention and treatment of various diseases of the digestive system, metabolism, respiratory tract, urinary system, as well as to support the cardiovascular and nervous systems. In addition to drinking, Borjomi is also used in medicinal baths, inhalations and other balneological procedures.
