Wine from the younger generation of the Dakishvili family of famous winemakers. A very interesting experiment with late harvest Saperavi, when grapes stay on the vine longer than usual and wither a little right on the branches. This allows a special concentration of taste and aroma to be achieved. This method, by the way, is widely used in the winemaking of many countries, for example in Italy the famous Amarone wine is made in this way.
This is a wine with a bright personality and character: blueberries and blackberries on the palate are combined with tones of vanilla and dark chocolate, black currants and ripe plums to the accompaniment of licorice. A complex wine with a rich structure, powerful, but soft and cozy like a favorite sweater, a wine that will be so pleasant to drink on dark, cold evenings.
